Thankfully, a pair of original Optimus Prime fists fit in the "hand holes" real well (with a little tape to make the pegs thicker, mind), and the sword and tail weapon fit in the holes in the fists...

Heh. I did this a while back, when this recolor of the Beast Wars Dinobot came out and the tech-spec quite specifically said he was the original character from the old show. So I wondered how much different Big Grim would truly look, but keeping the Dinobot body...
